Our Team![]() Jerry Pullins Jr.
President / Operator Jerry founded SeniorCare Homes with more than a decade of experience helping families in the healthcare, funeral and hospice fields. His desire to create SeniorCare Homes was born after helping care for his grandmother as she shifted between a memory unit and skilled care. She ultimately passed away in the hospital despite her wishes to stay at home. In search of a better option, he founded SeniorCare Homes and has transformed residential homes into secure living environments with the hope that others can enjoy a place that feels like home, yet offers personalized care and support.

![]() Care Specialists
Care Specialists are at the center of the SeniorCare experience for our families and residents. Staffing takes top priority at SeniorCare and each Care Specialist has access to an excellent package of benefits and premium level compensation. One of the greatest strengths to the smaller home settings is that it keeps staff turnover to a minimum when compared to larger facility settings. SeniorCare's 12-hour shifts and policy that no one works every Sunday ensure that the staff can stay fresh and maintain a great balance between work and life. It is normal for over fifty applicants to be interviewed for each open SeniorCare position while new applications arrive on a daily basis. SeniorCare rewards staff for going above and beyond the call of duty and builds staff appreciation into the company culture. SeniorCare staff comes to us from many of the best-known facilities in Johnson County including Sweet Life, Vintage Park, Claridge Court, The Court, Garden Terrace and others. Each Care Specialist shares a common vision that a smaller environment allows for care to be delivered in a more personal manner. Care Specialists have the time to spend with residents that a larger staffing ratio simply did not allow them in the past. Each team member is seasoned, experienced and specially trained to care for residents at all stages of Alzheimer's and dementia. All Care Specialists maintain appropriate certifications with the state of Kansas as Certified Medication Aides and receive ongoing training under the direction of a licensed nurse at each residence. |
