Individuals wishing to participate in activities at the Parkinson Foundation of the Heartland located in Leawood may have transportation arranged through SeniorCare Homes. Each SeniorCare home has a monthly activity calendar that includes a host of activities to stimulate and enhance the lives of our residents. |
